2VP delivers high-spec residential refurbishments and extensions across London. We're taking on a small panel of fixed-price build partners to deliver them with us.

If you finish work you're proud of, tell the truth when it matters, look after the client, and don't mind showing your progress every day — we'd like to meet you.

We take on few partners and treat them well. Serious, established contractors only — CIS registered, insured, with references we can call.

What we're looking for

Four things matter more to us than price

We can teach a programme and agree a scope. We can't teach character. These four are the whole reason this panel exists — and what we'll ask you about below.

Correct

You hold a high standard and check your own work before you call it finished. Snags are the exception, not the plan.

Honest

When something goes wrong — and on a build it sometimes does — you say so early. No hiding, no surprises at the end.

Good with clients

Many of our clients live in the house during the works. You keep them calm, informed and comfortable.

Happy to report daily

We run on a short end-of-day report with photos, every working day. Good partners like it — it proves their progress.
